Do your students hate the irregular verbs list? Yep… I know the answer and for that reason I’ve arranged them into three different lists:
- Group 1 – All three forms of the verb are the same.
- Group 2 – The 2nd and 3rd forms of the verb are the same.
- Group 3 – All the three forms of the verb are different.
As you can see, each group is divided into small groups since that group of verbs share the same characteristics such as the same ending, pronunciation or the same consonant change.
Try it with you students and you’ll see how this new organisation makes them feel more interested in learning them.
